NACS Show 2025

This October, we’ll be exhibiting at NACS Show 2025 in Chicago. You’ll find Kalibrate at booth S3362 in the Technology Pavilion.

Hosted at the windy city’s McCormick Place Convention Center, this annual event is fuel and convenience retail’s premier industry experience — attracting more than 23,500 delegates and solution providers from around the world. With four days of conference sessions, 430,000 sq ft of expo, and countless networking opportunities, it’s the perfect opportunity to “Level Up” your business.

Our team is excited to start the show attending NACS’ official Kick-off Party at the Lakeside Center in McCormick Place’s East Building on Tuesday October 14.

Between Wednesday October 15 and Friday October 17, we’ll be exhibiting at the expo, available to discuss how you can understand the potential of new locations and acquisitions, reduce the risk of capital investment, and sell more fuel at a better margin with our fuel pricing, network planning, market data, and gas station feasibility studies.

Drop by our booth, or book a meeting with one of our experts:

Charles Wetzel, CEO

“I like to think we’re in the business of ‘the art of possible’ — and because what is possible changes so much as tools and AI get more sophisticated or data becomes more powerful, it’s about having people that have sat in the seats of retailers and know what’s going to be most valuable to customers.”

Simon Martin, VP of International Sales

“I think one of the biggest challenges at the moment is around the energy transition. It’s probably the largest question mark in the industry overall at the moment…”

Tom Hatton, SVP of Pricing

“I love collaborative working […] giving me a front seat in idea conceptualization, watching those ideas come to life and then seeing how customers use our product.”

Elizabeth Kershaw, VP Fuel Location Intelligence

“What could the next three decades of fuel retail look like? Careful analysis of demand and profitability across fuel, EV, and ancillary services is the best way to plan for long term sustainability.”

Chip Rodgers, Senior Director of Business Development

“Saying to a prospective client ‘Here’s what you gave us, here’s what our team can do’, and having that output exceed their expectations is as good as it gets…”

Daniel Welborn, Key Account Manager

“Kalibrate understands that if you are not constantly innovating, then you’re falling behind. The data science and AI technology behind our software is a game-changer…”

Riley Buchanan, Senior Key Account Executive

“Beyond operational efficiency, many clients are also navigating industry shifts, including continuous retail price and margin volatility, the conversion to EV, the requirement to up the game in foodservice and, of course, mergers and acquisitions.”

John McMullen, Director of Solutions Consultancy

“Every business wants to be more profitable — but the nuances of how they get there are completely unique.”

Kent Schlesselman, Senior Solutions Consultant

“An extremely knowledgeable and professional client base and a dynamic industry continues to fascinate me…”

Carlos Palma, Senior Director Account Management

“Consultancy guidance using my retail fuel experience coupled with Kalibrate’s bespoke services allows me to engage with our clients to bring additional value to our partnership…”

Alexia Field, Director Customer Success

“The most frequent question I get is ‘how do I know if what I’m doing is working?’ That could be strategic or tactical. That’s where Kalibrate’s expertise really comes to the fore.”

Abdul El Barkouki, Customer Success Manager

I take the time to understand [clients’] goals and make sure we’re providing the right support to help achieve them.”

Rich Wilcox, VP Solutions Engineering

“Change is the only constant in the retail sector. Many parts of the sector are unrecognisable compared to five years ago.”

Michael Putney, Senior Business Analyst (IMST)

“IMST’s reporting experience significantly enhances Kalibrate’s current fuel volume insights for more holistic site forecasting.”

Brad Jones, Sales Executive Asia Pacific & Middle East

“The right pricing strategies are key… and being able to execute pricing decisions quickly. Using Excel and manual processes is no longer sufficient…”

Don’t forget to check out NACS Show’s education sessions for the fuel industry, including:

Forecourt strategies to increase trip frequency and conversion

“Customers are relying more on driver assist technology in their car and on their phones to guide their routes and purchasing decisions. It is important to ensure your forecourt (traditional and electric) offer and fulfill their needs. How can you ensure that your store is easily found, remains appealing, and connected to these customers in a competitive environment to maintain trip frequency while maximizing your return? This session will discuss the technological, strategic and design opportunities to drive customers to your pumps/chargers and into your store.”

Liquid fuel volume and profitability

“The transportation energy market will remain dominated by liquid fuels for decades, but demand per vehicle is projected to decline due to a variety of factors, including fuel efficiency improvements and growth of electric vehicles. With fuel representing a significant portion of the convenience industry’s sales and profits, how might this affect your bottom line?  What is the outlook for fuel demand and overall trips to your store? Which tools can help you generate financial return on your fuel business? This session will look at both demand and profitability to help you get the most from your forecourt.”

EV charging report card

“More retailers are installing or exploring the business case and ROI for investing in electric vehicle chargers in hopes of retaining the consumer. The Transportation Energy Institute’s Charging Analytics Program leverages insights from 11 million charging transactions per month to create a benchmark analysis to help retailers better understand the opportunities charging presents for their businesses.  This session will review insights from this program and discuss with industry experts the business value of operating chargers at convenience stores.”
