Kalibrate moves to new offices at Circle Square in Manchester
Kalibrate opens its brand-new office at Circle Square in Manchester
Manchester, UK. Thursday 11th August 2022: Kalibrate, the leading data analytics company, officially opened its new office on Tuesday 9th August in the heart of Manchester’s innovation district after moving from its previous location on Deansgate. The move boasts an opportunity to innovate, network, and support Manchester’s thriving technology scene. The move also promotes its rapid growth beyond traditional fuel retail software and retains the agile working culture that has been adopted over the past couple of years.
Circle Square is part of Bruntwood SciTech’s UK-wide network of innovation districts, and Kalibrate will benefit from the opportunity to collaborate as part of a specialist community of digital tech-based businesses from across the country. Kalibrate’s new office features brand new facilities and will continue the business’ transformation into a leading retail and data analytics organisation.
Kalibrate moved into the first floor of No.2 Circle Square located in the heart of the new neighbourhood. Situated on site of the former BBC headquarters along the Oxford Road Corridor, Kalibrate will join leading technology providers Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Hilti, Roku, Mills & Reeve, Autocab (part of Uber), and Ofcom that are already located at Circle Square.
Kalibrate is a long-established Manchester-based business with its roots in the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST). The business has expanded into new markets beyond fuel over the past few years and transformed into a global retail data company with further offices throughout the US and Asia.
Oliver Shaw, Chief Executive Officer at Kalibrate said: “This is not just any office, this is a purpose-built collaboration space to support our work from anywhere culture. On top of that, we have put ourselves in the centre of Manchester’s tech ecosystem and for Kalibrate at least, close to the University of Manchester and Oxford Road. Making the move to Circle Square gives Kalibrate an exciting base to further grow our future ambitions in retail analytics.”
Josh Whiteley, Head of Commercial, Bruntwood SciTech Manchester said: “Kalibrate’s experience in empowering cutting-edge brands to make data-driven decisions perfectly complements the high-calibre businesses already based here at Circle Square. Kalibrate has joined a community of global businesses as well as smaller, innovative tech companies who all recognise the unique opportunity that a home in the heart of Manchester’s Oxford Road Corridor provides; with its accessibility to emerging talent, and university research, and funding. We are pleased to welcome Kalibrate to Manchester’s thriving science and technology ecosystem and look forward to working closely with them as they settle into their new home.”
