Stephen Polanski joins Kalibrate as Managing Director of Global Business Development

The Kalibrate team is proud to announce industry veteran, Stephen Polanski, has joined the company as Managing Director of Global Business Development and Enterprise Software and Data Sales.

DALLAS, TX (November 18, 2022) – The Kalibrate team is proud to announce industry veteran, Stephen Polanski, has joined the company as Managing Director of Global Business Development and Enterprise Software and Data Sales. In this role, Stephen will lead a team of sales development representatives to grow Kalibrate’s footprint in the location intelligence market.

“Stephen brings decades of retail and restaurant analytics consulting experience to our team and has served as a trusted advisor to numerous brands during that time,” said Charles Wetzel. “At Kalibrate we believe that much of our success is driven by our people, and tasking Stephen to lead this location intelligence team was an obvious choice as we continue to grow market share.”

During his career, Stephen has held various roles in customer analytics and retail consulting. He has an extensive background in working with Fortune 500 companies in the retail, restaurant, franchise, and healthcare sectors. Stephen will utilize his experience over the last two decades to train and development a team of Location Intelligence sales managers for North America. His ability to build positive relationships and collaborate with key clients and stakeholders will lead this newly created team to meet and surpass corporate objectives.

Polanski received his bachelor’s degree in business management from the Neely School of Business Texas Christian University where he was also a member of the golf team.
