Charles Wetzel on the restaurant partnerships he’s most proud of
We really have a lot of great relationships, and a lot of stories where concepts have been really small and we’ve grown with them over time. Those are kinda fun. And we also have very mature brands.
To look at a sample of who we do business with, we have really good mature global brands like Yum brands – who run KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut.
We have fast-growing brands that are becoming very dominant, like Raising Canes. Their story has been really neat to watch, it’s an account that I’ve been involved in and having an understanding of their persona and what they’re trying to do has made it a pretty exciting journey to watch.
And then brands that we’ve grown up with like Dairy Queen – who are really evolving who they are, how they go to market, and what products they offer.
Each one of those are a little bit different, but they all have great people. They have people that don’t just want to know the answer – but want to dive into the answer a little bit more – and that’s what makes our relationships really good. As an analytics provider, we want someone that questions and prods the solution and that sort of give and take in the relationship allows us to create a much better solution for that customer.
