In this blog series, we take a closer look at how our team supports our clients in achieving their strategic objectives. In some organizations, it might be going ‘above and beyond’ to get the job done – but we just call it ‘the Kalibrate Standard’.

This edition features Jocelyn Dale, Director of Solution Consulting and Sales Enablement.

Tell us a little about your role.

Kalibrate offers a wide range of capabilities, and my role is all about helping clients navigate that. I work to uncover and clarify their needs across data, software, and analytics so we can match them with the Kalibrate solution that fits best.

How does your role interact with the rest of the team?

Even though I’ve only been at Kalibrate for six months, I’ve already had the chance to work with a lot of different teams. I regularly collaborate with product and marketing to share client feedback and help shape how we support different business needs.

I’m also working with our sales and customer success teams every day to uncover client goals and help scope the right solutions. That collaboration is key to making sure we’re delivering something that truly fits.

What types of problems are the clients you work with trying to solve?

Clients are usually looking for risk reduction in decision making, to cut down on operational headaches, and to feel confident in the models guiding their choices. Whether it’s pulling in the right data, setting up workflows that fit their business cases, or making sure our analytics reflect the full picture of their portfolio, the Solution Consulting team and I focus on simplifying their solution and ultimately, making their day-to-day work easier.

What is the most exciting new feature of KLI in your opinion?

How can I pick just one! I’m constantly impressed by Kalibrate’s commitment to evolving whether it’s exploring new data partners, improving existing features, rolling out new ones, or leveling up our modeling approaches with the latest in data science.

One update I’m especially excited about is the upgrade to our prediction module in KLI, along with the new prediction report. It’s going to give clients much better context around how a sales prediction fits within their portfolio and a more transparent view of risk.

We’ve also made big improvements to the territory and pipeline management workflows, which has really simplified things for many of our franchise clients.
