At Kalibrate, we recognize the importance of trust and transparency in our relationship with you.  We are committed to safeguarding your data and ensuring that our software supports your implementation of an independent pricing strategy.  In light of recent industry discussions and to reaffirm our practices, we want to clearly outline how your data is handled and how our pricing tools operate:

Your data is yours alone

Any data you load into Kalibrate Pricing is kept strictly segregated and used solely for your benefit.  It is not shared with other Kalibrate customers, nor informed by data from other Kalibrate customers.

Independent pricing strategy

The price outputs generated by Kalibrate’s software are based entirely on your own micro-market evaluations and choice of strategy in the software.  You retain full control over pricing decisions and are free to accept or reject any output generated by our tools.

Model training and usage

If you utilize Kalibrate’s price optimization capabilities (“science”), these models are trained exclusively on your data.  These models are customized for your use and are not repurposed or shared across clients.
