Introducing Site Tours: The modern way to plan market tours
At Kalibrate, we spend a lot of time listening to how our clients use the Location Intelligence platform – and more importantly, where they wish it could do more. One request we’ve consistently heard from real estate and operations teams is the need for a better way to plan in-market tours.

With Site Tours, users can now create complete, optimized itineraries right inside Kalibrate Location Intelligence. Start your tour from your airport or hotel, add every stop – potential sites, existing stores, competitor locations, or any other point of interest – and let KLI do the work.
The platform automatically generates an efficient driving route, factoring in dwell time, start time, and drift tolerance. You can customize routing preferences, such as avoiding highways or toll roads, and make quick adjustments as plans evolve.
From desktop to doorstep
What makes Site Tours special isn’t just how quickly you can build a tour. It’s how seamlessly it connects the analytical and operational sides of your work.
When you’re ready to go into the field, export your itinerary as a single .ics file, and every stop automatically appears in your Outlook calendar — complete with reminders and timing. Once you’re in-market, the KLI mobile app allows you to capture on-site insights in real time: add photos, update attributes like Visibility Rating or Operating Hours, and record notes – all instantly tied to that location in your system.
