Mellow Mushroom partners with Kalibrate to support growth

DALLAS, TEXAS (February 25, 2025) – Mellow Mushroom, a multi-state pizza franchise with over 160 restaurants, has partnered with Kalibrate, a global leader in location intelligence solutions.

The relationship will see Mellow Mushroom leverage Kalibrate’s platform, mobility solution, and analytics services to streamline real estate decision making and identify opportunities for growth.

Commenting on the partnership, Mike Clock, CFO at Mellow Mushroom, said, “We’re excited to work with Kalibrate. We always want to be as data driven as possible in how we choose to bring our pizzas to new locations and new markets. This partnership will help us achieve that. Centralizing our decision making within a single platform and the ability to quickly generate forecast reports on any potential site will be hugely beneficial capabilities.”

Mellow Mushroom will adopt the Kalibrate Location Intelligence (KLI) platform as well as Kalibrate’s integrated mobility product, Competitive Insights.

Kalibrate will develop forecasting models to enable Mellow Mushroom to understand location potential and how market factors impact performance across multiple sales channels. A supportable unit analysis will provide insight into the number of viable Mellow Mushroom locations in markets across the US. Both the forecasting model and supportable analysis will be integrated into the KLI platform.
